WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A FIXED AND VARIABLE RATE MORTGAGE?

If you have a fixed-rate mortgage, your rate will remain the same for the term of your mortgage, as will your mortgage payments.

If you have a variable-rate mortgage, your rate may fluctuate based on the lender's Prime rate. If rates decrease, your rate will decrease. If rates increase, your rate will increase.

In the majority of cases, our services come at no cost to you. In certain situations such as some alternative and private lending scenarios, a fee may be involved and will be disclosed to you up front.
